ATOとは「Across the Ocean」=「海を越えて」という意味が込められており、アスリートが世界で活躍することが当たり前になるように、また世界に出ることで専門技術だけではなく人として大きく成長できるようにという願いも込めて、この企業は設立されました。

Our mission is to support athletes who want to challenge themselves in the United States, Japan, Europe, and Australia regardless of their skill level, gender, or age. 主な活動内容として具体的に、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリアで行われるトレーニングツアーやスカウティングコンバインの情報の発信、わが社で作成した履歴書と各々で準備していただいたプレー集をもとに、ATO と提携しているいくつかのプロのエージェントを通してチームと直接やり取りをし、選手の契約締結のサポートをお手伝い致します。

Our main activities consist of providing information and opportunities on open tryouts and combines that are held in the US, Japan, Europe, and Australia, and to represent players through our reliable partnered agents to find the best opportunity for each player.

In addition to these activities, we also provide access to overseas sports camps, clinics, and training tours, providing customized therapeutic experts at each of our client’s events, and customized English/ Japanese tutor and translation services. Our target clients range from single individuals to large groups.
